As I light my cigarette and take my first puff,
I stare blankly at the ceiling.
I think about the sin I've just committed
and surprised of what I'm currently revealing.
Her soft hands wrapped around my chest,
our bodies laying relaxed.
I'll let you imagine the rest.
2 summers ago we met, where our attraction was instant,
It was so that our sin has remained consistent.
What sin could I be describing?
Keep reading and you'll discover it in my writing.
We've allowed our passion to remain so strong,
that it's hard to stop even knowing that it's wrong.
As I now take my last puff,
I think about my wife who at home is lonely waiting.
Tell me lord, am I beyond saving?
